Welcome to our online store! Regalit.com and its associates have set forth their shipping and return policy below. If you visit or shop within this website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the policies provided to you. SHIPPING POLICY

Available to the residents of Canada only. All orders received for destinations outside of Canada will NOT be processed.

All orders are placed with Regal within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Regal will then process the order and ship the items. You should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed with Regal (not regalit.com). If an item(s) is on backorder, the item(s) will be shipped separately as soon as possible at no additional charge as long as the item(s) totals more than $10.00. If the item(s) is not available, you will be contacted. Please allow extra time during an holiday as Regal and the Postal Service will be busy.

Shipping is calculated based on the amount of the order before taxes. Shipping rates are as follows:

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Sorry, tracking numbers are not available for items shipped.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Regalit.com, we hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we do understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item or exchange it for another if the item was damaged during shipping. If you do wish to return or exchange an item, please let us know as soon as possible. Create a Ticket under "Returns/Exchanges" and include your order number (or confirmation number), name, purchase date, and reason for return/exchange. We will contact Regal Greetings and Gifts on your behalf. Once Regal contacts us regarding your return/exchange we will update your ticket accordingly.

Policy and/or Shipping Rates are subject to change without notice. Periodically Regal Greetings and Gifts will increase their rates and/or update certain policies. Sometimes, it may be a couple days before we are notified of this change. You will be contacted regarding any changes to the policies above if it is changed after your order was placed, but not shipped. You will be provided with the option to continue the order under the updated policy or cancelling the order and receiving refund for your purchase. Please check this page regularly.
