ORDER FLOW AND PROCESS
Below describes the process that occurs when you place an order with Regalit.com. This process is intended to give you an understanding of what to expect
when placing your order through us. Regalit.com is an authorized Sales Representative
of Regal Greetings and Gifts Inc. Regalit.com doesn't carry the
stock that it sales. We act as the middleman between you and Regal Greetings
and Gifts Inc. Orders are placed through us, your Regal Sales Representative, which in
turn contacts Regal and places the order. Regal Greetings and Gifts will then process
and ship the order. See our Shipping and Returns section for more information
on the shipping process. During each of the following processes, an update will be placed
on your order. You can log into your account at anytime to view the status of your order.
Order Process:
- Order is placed with Regalit.com
- Regalit.com reviews the order for accuracy, completeness, etc.
(usually within 24-48 hours)
- If no problems are found, Regalit.com will contact Regal to place the order.
- Regal will advise if there are any items on backorder or no longer available.
- You will be contacted (if neccessary).
- Regal will process the order.
- Your order should arrive via Canada Post within 7-10 Business
Days from the date Regal is contacted.

TERMS OF SALE
PRICES:
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Prices subject to change without notice.
Typographical or similar errors are subject to correction.
TAXES:
Canadian Goods and Services Tax - GST is 7% - will be charged on all orders
shipped to destinations in Canada, except for provinces with the Harmonized
Sales Tax (HST).
Harmonized Sales Tax - HST is 15% - will be charged on all orders shipped to
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland.
PAYMENT:
Payment must be received prior to shipment and is available through VISA, MASTERCARD,
Check, Canadian Money Order, or PayPal*. At our discretion, we may place an hold on your order
to allow time for Personal Checks to clear the bank.
The Cash payment option is available for
persons in the St. John's and surrounding areas only. If you do not live in St. John's, NL or in a neighbouring
city or town, please do not use this option.
BACKORDERS:
If merchandise is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder. Backorders will
be SHIPPED FREE via Canada Post as long as the merchandise totals more than $10.00. (restrictions may apply).
*PayPal is a world renown payment gateway for safe
and secure online payments. Visit PayPal's website at www.paypal.com for more
information.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS,
AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews,
comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions,

the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the

DISPUTES

any way to your visit to Regalit.com or to products you purchase through Regalit.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Newfoundland, except that,

intellectual property rights, Regalit.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate
relief in any provincial or federal court in the province of Newfoundland, and you consent
to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement

Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a
judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted
by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an
